Fixed Term Independent Management Services

Obtain your personal Quality & Excellence Specialist for a fixed term to address and optimise your company and/or project systems as per your needs. During this period the full QEBOS spectrum of services will be at your disposal both to address your Business Operating System (BOS) challenges for you and/or guide and train your in-house team to address these challenges.


System Assessment, Development and Enhancement Services

BOS Assessments (full system or specific areas) to identify areas for improvement and present tailored action plans & programmes for your review and approval followed by execution of the improvement actions in a timely manner as per the programme.

Development or enhancement of your corporate and project processes and management plans / modules covering all departments, including structured implementation programmes, system digitalisation, intranet, process training plans and other awareness approaches.


Project Start Up by assisting your Project Team during project off-set to provide the foundation for a healthy start set to your Project and Client needs and expectations, which can include the following:

  • Customisation of Sub Party Tender Clauses to assist your project with enhanced QA/QC clauses giving you the advantage on monitoring and control during the project life cycle, including review of received tender submittals to verify their compliance;

Independent Auditing Services

Internal Audits by performing independent audit reviews on your Internal Company BOS and/or Project Delivery System (PDS) to provide a clear picture of where compliance to the set requirements is achieved next to where improvements are needed. Audits addressing requirements towards departmental systems, general ISO requirements, Design, Procurement, Product & Service Delivery, Handover & Asset Management, etc.


Supply Chain Audits by performing independent audit reviews on your Supply Chain Parties, including laboratory and survey activities addressing their full system or a particular area from which the outputs are affecting your business / project outputs. The findings are presented to your company together with recommendations for improvement for your Supply Chain Parties in order to benefit your business / project.


Client Representative Audits by performing an independent audit reviews and/or supervising audit reviews of your Subsidiaries towards contractual delivery compliance and performance providing an impartial and objective assessment. The outcome of the audit report will also include proposals to address identified areas for improvement.


ISO 9001:2015 Transition Assessments by assessing your BOS to identify the areas requiring amendments towards the new and enhanced ISO 9001:2015 requirements for which a customised action plan is developed together with an ISO Transition Progress Tracking Tool to guide you through your path of improvement implementation.


System Fundamental Improvement Services

Gap Assessment by implementing the five stages of a Gap Analysis together with guiding the management throughout all stages, keeping them closely involved for their informed decision making and leadership direction. Critical Success Factors (CSF) by deterring the fundamentals of your organisation and BOS through various brainstorming workshops with the management addressing the ‘context of the organisation’; what it represents, who it wants to be, how it wants to achieve it, etc.. System alignment across facilities / projects by assessing the BOS implementation across you facilities and projects and potential risk & opportunities from proposed alternative approaches, to align the rationale of approach and create a centralised unified BOS platform for all your operations. Quality Culture and Awareness by assessing your in-house level of quality culture (perception & dedication) and awareness of your BOS processes and enforcement thereof by your team members to identify areas for improvement, supported by a tailored in-house training and awareness campaign, including a KPI tracking tool to evaluate progress, communication tools, tailored posters, intranet, etc., for use in your offices and projects.


Tailored Process Trainings for the office and the projects are created on your organisation’s template to provide a short and clear description of the key process execution criteria and present them to your employees, with feedback collection and assessment. These training can then also be made available for online review / training as part of the Digitalisation of your management system.


World Quality Month is an annual global initiative during November where the annual global topic next to any other topic is translated into a WQM Campaign created for you by QEBOS. This can include process innovations & challenges presentations and performance presentations to staff, road show for site projects, Top Management message for current perception and future aspirations, quality quiz, quality posters, upgrade of your company intranet to convey the message better, blogs, etc.


System Performance Monitoring & Investigation Services

KPA/KPI Monitoring and Reporting by addressing the Key Performance Areas / Indicators (KPA/KPI) that are the most significant contributing factors for your company's and/or project operational and delivery performance, from which Trend & Issue Assessments identify specific improvement actions to remove bottlenecks and enhance the performance to your desired Benchmarks.


Benchmarking by assessing (or developing) the performance criteria to set internal benchmarks together with customised action plans and tracking tools to gradually raise the performance bar as per your company's capacity and capabilities, in a cost and time effective manner.


Cost of Quality Assessments (COQ) by assessing the operational throughput of your BOS and/or PDS processes, with setting benchmarks thresholds, identify process fail-safes (poka-yoke) to address process bottlenecks and present customized improvement plans to achieve the optimum capacity of your processes with your available resources.


RCA Assessments (RCA) through short term subject / area specific detailed investigations to identify all the layers of underlying root cause(s) contributing to the under-performing delivery of your process outputs. The RCA Report will include recommendations to address the identified issue(s) with further guidance support provided as requested. These independent investigations can also address major and complex Non Conformance Reports (NCR) through implementing a Quality Investigation Review (QIR) with a detailed report of where / when the process went off track leading to the identified non-compliant delivery of product and/or services to the Client.


Clearance of Non-Compliances by assisting your organization / project with the investigation and identify the most suitable solutions to resolve the NC findings. This service addresses both Audit NCs and Project NCs.


Process Mapping and Modelling to bring existing and new processes into a single page and easy to understand overview of a process identifying what happens, who does the action, who is the action done and what the expected time line is to complete the action. This format can also be made digital to interface the processes and their related supporting documents within a single online structure.


Digitalisation of your management system covers three main areas; 1) creating an interactive digital format for your BOS processes made available through your organsiation’s intranet, 2) create a paperless site inspection system using tablet technology with real time progress and performance reporting, 3) guidance for upgrading your system for e.g. DC, HR, Procurement, Finance and Design processes for which independent third party technology can be used.


Management Review by assessing the state of your management system compliance to applicable standards, the process output performance towards set benchmarks, the status of the organisation’s Culture of Quality, listing of existing and potential challenges; all with recommendations for improvement presented within a detailed MR Report and executive presentation to the Top Management for their informed decision making.
